Capabilities
Small and medium parts
Brackets, castings, gears, bushings, engine covers, fairings, wheels, and housings, to hundredths of a millimeter.
Large objects
Body panels, frames, and subassemblies up to roughly car-sized, captured in sections and stitched into one model.
Scan files
A cleaned, watertight mesh in STL, OBJ, or PLY. Dark, glossy, or transparent surfaces are treated with a removable scanning spray.
Reverse engineering to CAD
A parametric STEP model with design intent rebuilt, so the part can be modified rather than only reprinted.
Polymer manufacturing in-house
PLA, PETG, carbon-fiber-reinforced filaments, and engineering nylons (PA6, PA12) for functional parts.
Metal prototyping
Stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys through our production partners, plus CNC machining where required.
Reproduction of discontinued parts
Rebuilt from a sample or a scan and manufactured repeatably, or redesigned to fit an existing object.
Design for manufacturing
Parts designed so a prototype can move to molding or machining without a redesign.
We scan on your behalf and deliver the data to you. We do not sell or redistribute scan data of third-party products, and you are responsible for confirming that a reproduction does not infringe on any patent, copyright, or design right.
Not every part can be reproduced as-is. Some geometries, wall thicknesses, or loads are unsuitable for 3D printing; we advise on this before work starts and propose alternatives where possible.
