An Update on Our Contact Form
A short note for our customers and partners: we recently identified a delivery issue with the contact form on our website. Some messages submitted through it may not have reached us as expected, and we want to be straightforward about it.
What Happened
For a period of time, messages sent through our contact form were not being delivered reliably to our inbox. We’re sorry if you tried to reach us and didn’t hear back — this was on us, not on you.
What We Changed
We’ve rebuilt the contact form on a more reliable footing. When you send us a message now, you’ll receive a confirmation email almost immediately with a case number, so you’ll know with certainty that your note reached us. Replying to that confirmation will continue the same conversation, even when we’re traveling.
We also took the opportunity to harden the form against spam, so we can spend more time answering real questions and less time wading through automated noise.
